Winning the Free Business Model
There is a certain level of synergy with Rick Mans‘ Social Design Elements. In the description of the business model I very much miss the Participation aspect Mans talks about, I tend to shy away from models that don’t also focus on why customers want the things they want. Also I think that some of the examples cited are not free, but rather Freemium. I feel that as models both are valuable, although SDE has more of an edge. |
